Samantha Edwards
CARE DIRECTOR

Samantha began her journey and passion for the Care Sector over 18 years ago, she has worked as Team Leaders for other large Domiciliary Care Companies, with extensive qualifications, knowledge and expertise in many areas, which grew her understanding of the importance of opening a care company that was different to the rest.

Samantha has built solid working relationships with District Nurses, Doctors, Continuing Health Care professionals, Adult Social Services, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, families of whom she has cared for, the list goes on.

Samantha has a high level of experience in helping Service Users with Care Planning and setting up packages of care, Risk Assessing and Person-Centred Planning, she would support you every step of the way.

Samantha’s local reputation has pushed her towards branching out and opening Hearts at Home Care Limited and will be responsible for passing on her knowledge and training all staff that join the team to a very high standard, so enforcing that the utmost best quality care is provided. 

Emma Edwards
Director

Emma has worked in the care sector for 19 years with a wide range of expertise from Domiciliary care to supporting Learning Difficulties and Mental Health. Over these years she has achieved a high level of training, qualifications and is currently working towards her NVQ Level 5 to go along with her long list of certificates held. 

Emma thrives on always expanding her learning and qualifications to provide the highest level of care, she has extensive expertise in the care sector and has worked closely alongside Mental Health. 

Emma has a high level of experience in helping Service Users with budget planning, advocate service, prevention of returning to hospital, setting up packages of care, risk assessments and many more.

Emma felt a desire to branch out to become a Director to provide the skills learnt over many years in this sector to others, she always thrives to put her Services Users needs at top priority and provide a safe, efficient, well-led, caring and responsive service.

Kate Goulding
REGISTERED MANAGER

Kate holds a Level 5 in Health & Social Care and has joined Hearts at Home Care in August 2018. Kate has a long, intensive history of working with vulnerable adults and families. Mental Health and Substance Misuse was her specialist training sector.  Kate, very similar to Emma has a high level of experience in helping Service Users with budget planning, advocate service, prevention of returning to hospital, setting up packages of care, risk assessments and many more. Kate has resided in the local area for the past 40 plus years and has a passion for community support work and knowledge of the New Forest and surrounding areas that we support in.

We are here to make it as easy and straightforward as possible either at the end of the phone with our friendly office team or by way of a free, no obligation face to face assessment in the comfort of your own home so we can get a clear view of your needs.
Our friendly management team will speak with you and/or your family members to get a clear picture of how regularly you need care, whether this is daily visits or just the occasional respite visits. It will also be to assess how complex any care needs you may have such as disabilities or specialist equipment needed such as hoists or stand aids.
