Hearts at Home Care are a family run, business working with local families around Ringwood, Fordingbridge, Downton, Verwood, Wimborne, Bransgore, Christchurch and surrounding areas, that are always branching out further.
Emma the owner of Hearts at Home Care likes to run a little different to the rest, starting our caring visits at 08:00am, we found that this gives our care staff more flexibility and wellness to ensure all our service users are supported with the upmost dignity and respect, putting both service users and staff at the forefront of support and care, which increases continuity to each individual.
Emma has a high level of experience in helping Service Users with budget planning, advocate service, prevention of returning to hospital, setting up packages of care, risk assessments and many more.
Emma felt a desire to branch out to become a Director to provide the skills learnt over many years in this sector to others, she always thrives to put her Services Users needs at top priority and provide a safe, efficient, well-led, caring and responsive service. Emma is also the Registered Manager.
Samantha, Emma's business partner and the companies Training & Development Manager began her journey and passion for the Care Sector over 20 years ago, she has worked as Team Leaders for other large Domiciliary Care Companies, with extensive qualifications, knowledge and expertise in many areas, which grew her understanding of the importance of opening a care company that was different to the rest.
Samantha has built solid working relationships with District Nurses, Doctors, Continuing Health Care professionals, Adult Social Services, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, families of whom she has cared for, the list goes on.
Samantha has a high level of experience in helping Service Users with Care Planning and setting up packages of care, Risk Assessing and Person-Centred Planning, she would support you every step of the way. Samantha also has intensive skills in training others, holds Train the Trainer certificates and is the companies In-House and Field Trainer.
Samantha's local reputation has pushed her towards branching out and opening Hearts at Home Care Limited and will be responsible for passing on her knowledge and training to all staff that join the team to a very high standard, ensuring the highest quality of care is provided
